"One day, on my way to Alentejo, I received a message asking if I could write lyrics for that song. The message was from Miguel Ramos, and the music was by Guilherme Banza.

I heard it at the first service area where I stopped, and I immediately thought the song was beautiful, and the idea came to me that that song was very Portuguese, that it had a lot of traditional and typical elements. And from there I created a story, about someone who, on a festive day, is watching the procession go by, and finds the love of their life in that same procession. They end up getting involved, and end up at home under the indiscreet gaze of the neighbors, so typical of the working-class neighborhoods of Lisbon.

In the end, the passion is acknowledged, and the relationship becomes real in everyone's eyes, and whoever wants to can speak now, or else, be silent, for life!
