Ermo
André RosinhaAfter more than 15 years exploring music and jazz, always accompanied by other musicians in the studio and on stage, André Rosinha now ventures onto a new path — the solo format. The album “Ermo” (2026) was born from this desire to embrace a different kind of challenge, a seed perhaps planted during the pandemic, when he found himself unable to make music side by side with his peers.
For this project, André wrote new compositions, adapted pieces from the past, interpreted a traditional Portuguese song, and also invited Salvador Sobral to join him on an original ballad.
Embracing all the exposure, boldness, and transparency that a solo interpretation and performance demand, “Ermo” leads us along a path of introspection, detached and stripped of any ornamentation.
