Fado Cantabile

Jordão

On All Saints Day, JORDÃO releases the EP “Fado Cantabile” (pronounced Cantábilè) with a live performance at the Casa da Cultura de Setúbal at 6pm on 1 November.
In a close-up performance, the audience is invited to enter the artist's “musical room” with an immersive sound proposal, in constant dialogue between the double bass, the piano and the sound effects, where JORDÃO presents original repertoire for Double Bass, and seeks in this EP to emphasize its birth with the deconstruction of the theme “11381”. With the single, Fado Cantabile - a lullaby, he seeks to extol memories in a Family Ode through poetic composition in an emotional tone, as if singing sweetly.

"Fado Cantabile" is a ballad in a classic and contemporary indie tone and features the main melody sung on the solo double bass in dialogue with the piano, in a jazzy sound.
