After numerous concerts in illustrious venues across Portugal, Penicos de Prata are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their album Poesia Erótica e Satírica (Erotic and Satirical Poetry) with a new single and poetry by Valério Romão, who portrays in this song the very topical theme of the difficulties of getting revenge in a pretentious society where the possibilities are endless for everything you haven't done.

PENICOS DE PRATA is a string quartet made up of ukulele, guitar, cello and double bass that composes for erotic and satirical Portuguese poetry. The music accompanies each word, each poem, each poet, creating disconcerting and transgressive universes, framed in the respectable national tradition of so-called breezy, burlesque, satirical and erotic poetry. They have performed in venues such as the D. Maria II National Theatre, the Joaquim Benite Theatre in Almada, the Campo Alegre Theatre in Porto, in various national auditoriums and summer festivals such as the Gesto Orelhudo Festival, the Bons Sons Festival and the acclaimed Vodafone Paredes de Coura Festival.
