The Heels

In Guarda, behind the star, The Heels were born. All cousins ​​and relatives. They got together in high school to play school rock and fado. There are 4 cousins, 1 on drums, 2 on guitar and 1 on bass. 2 João and 2 Dani, one Freitas and the other Gato. After a few years of playing together, original songs started to arrive and so the band's direction began to take shape.

In 2022 they went to Lisbon to record their first release, the EP Breaking Box, with 3 songs and released it the following year, having airplay on some radio stations and being featured on pages such as Super Bock Super Rock. 

In 2024 and 2025 the band wrote and started recording new songs that gradually began to assume a collective identity and thus came Summertime's Gone, accompanied by a music video, as a major repair to the already-sighted album. 

Which will be called The Heels, self-titled.
