Reinterpretações

The EP ‘Reinterpretações’ follows on from the album ‘Fiel ao Romance’ by Almirante Ramos, which was created using songs by the band O Verão Azul that were never released (except for the song “Fogo de Artifício”).

All the songs on the EP are also originals by O Verão Azul, and now, almost a decade and a half later, the songs have been given a new life, with new performers, instruments and textures. The musical production is by Gagliardini Graça, who also sang a duet on one of the songs, “A Praia e a Cidade”, and the other guest is Rita Borba, who sang a duet on “Baile”.

Almirante Ramos sings all the songs. The backing vocals are provided by all the participants.
