Making a Toolbox

"Making a Toolbox" is the debut album by the Benji's Toolbox project, which was released in collaboration with DGArtes, Antena 2, RTP Madeira, Jornal da Madeira, Academia de Guitarra, Música e Tecnologia, Associação de Jazz da Madeira - Melro Preto, Bailha.pt and published by Sintoma Records.

In this album, Bruno Ponte wanted to pay homage to his influences from Madeiran musical culture, integrating them into his musical universe. This mix aims to create a unique language and expand the boundaries of the surrounding genres. The exercise resulted in seven original tracks that take advantage of the talent of the musicians involved.
