Yosune

Yosune, a Venezuelan singer-songwriter living in Portugal, has released her first single under her own name, entitled Azul.

She composes with her cuatro (a traditional Venezuelan instrument) and incorporates South American and folk music tones and sounds into her music. Yosune has performed at venues such as the Coliseu do Porto/Quintas de Leitura, as part of the celebrations for the 90th anniversary of the Rivoli, the Artes à Vila festival, Castelo de Porto de Mós and Ourém, Theatro Circo, Casa Cultura Setúbal, and the municipal theater in Guarda, among other legendary venues. She has been presenting her new work, Madre Tierra, live, where she tells and sings stories inspired by Latin American music, folk, and singer-songwriter music.
