Cellist/clarinetist
With a career spanning over 15 years, she is known for collaborating with numerous artists from the Portuguese music scene, such as: Júlio Pereira, Rodrigo Leão, André Gago, Vitorino, Manuel de Oliveira, Carolina Deslandes, Fred Martins, among others. After releasing 4 albums with her band, Caixa de Pandora, she is now moving forward with what will be her first solo work.
As a performer on the albums “Fado Mutante” by RosaNegra and “Ibéria 20/22” by Manuel de Oliveira, she won the Carlos Paredes Award and the album “Praça do Comércio” by Júlio Pereira won the José Afonso Award. She has been playing with singer Carolina Deslandes since 2018, with whom she has performed on stages such as: Altice Arena, SuperBock Arena, Rock in Rio, Nós Alive, etc.
The album “Entre-Lugar” with Manuel de Oliveira and João Frade solidified this trio that has performed in numerous venues throughout the country.He is a cellist in the collective Martín Sued & Orquestra Assintomática, which has collaborated with the following guests: Yamandú Costa, António Zambujo, Salvador Sobral, Maria João, JPSimões, Aaron Parks, among others.
In the theatre field, he wrote the original music for the plays: “A Loucura é o mais credível oráculo” and “URDIR”. Off stage, he has been developing a hospital humanization project since 2019, at the IPO (Portuguese Institute of Oncology), in Lisbon. "Jardim de Inverno" was released in 2022 and is his most recent album, composed in partnership with guitarist Francisco Sales.
