First Meeting

On a trip to Málaga in 2022, the paths of young Portuguese musicians António Carvalho and Duarte Ventura crossed with one of the most renowned jazz musicians of the new generation of Spain: Camil Arcarazo, where a connection and a desire to create a band emerged. The idea, which was put on hold in 2022, resurfaced in 2023 on a second trip to Málaga, where José Cavaco joined them, this time with the aim of recording an album. The group will also be joined by saxophonist Sam Barnett, a colleague of Camil's at the renowned Jazzcampus in Basel.
